Internal Sales / Steel Sales



My client is an international player with a UK group of companies they are now recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Sales executive to work in their head office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader in the stainless profiling industry.



Prime Objective: Building long-term relationships with Customers who will give them the ‘last look’ at any piece of business.



Duties will include;



• Regular Customer contact i.e. visit, spoken, written

• Produce Customer visit reports

• Regular Supplier contact i.e. spoken, written

• Quotation creation, process and progress

• Order creation, progress and expedite

• Produce monthly sales reports

• Attend and have input at monthly sales meetings

• Understand accounts procedures e.g. credit limits, overdues, new accounts

• Process Customer complaints and dispute resolution



Key Criteria: To be considered for this position you must have the following:



• Must have over 2 years sales experience with knowledge of stainless steels, preferably processing.

• Have a proven ability to successfully build and maintain customer relationships.

• Excellent outgoing communicator, with good written and verbal skills.
